2. Products & Services

On The Island Apparel provides custom apparel decoration services including DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, embroidery, laser engraving, and related products. All products are custom-made to order unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to reproduce.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• A 4% credit card processing fee is applied to all card payments.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or other issues. You will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.

4. Custom Orders & Artwork

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, images, or designs you submit.
• Artwork files you upload may be stored for order fulfillment purposes.
• Minor variations in color, placement, and size may occur between mockups and finished products due to the nature of custom production.
• By submitting artwork, you grant us permission to use it solely for producing your order.

5. Production & Shipping

• Production times vary by order size and decoration method. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Contract Production Partners

Contract production partners are subject to additional terms as outlined during partner registration. API access is provided for order submission and must be used in accordance with our API documentation. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of On The Island Apparel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On The Island Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
